We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Housing Reviews Officer to join our team in London.
About the Role:
As a Housing Reviews Officer, you will play a vital role in managing and reviewing housing cases, with a key focus on conducting Section 202 (S202) reviews. You will ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation while providing excellent support to residents. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the community by delivering high-quality housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough reviews of housing applications and cases, including S202 reviews
Liaise with residents, colleagues, and external partners to resolve housing issues
Ensure compliance with housing policies, legislation, and S202 review requirements
Prepare clear and detailed reports on housing cases and reviews
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the housing service
Requirements:
Experience in housing services or related fields, with knowledge or experience of S202 reviews (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize effectively
Good understanding of housing law and policies in London
Excellent organizational and report-writing abilities
Location: London
Contract Type: [12 months interim]
