HR Administrator - £25,000 - £30,000

A wonderful opportunity to join an International Consultancy in a newly created full-time position within their HR Team as an HR administrator. This is a full-time office-based position, hours 08:30 - 17:30, near London Bridge.

Benefits include: 25 days holiday annual entitlement (pro rata), annual discretionary bonus, 5% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, weekly French lessons, annual profit share scheme, Sports & Social Club.

Working with and supporting 3 HR Professionals, this is an entry level HR role. The HR administrator will be providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR function in delivering a high-quality service to the Group. The successful candidate will be educated to at least A 'level (or equivalent), degree educated preferable. Have the ability to use your initiative and be able to prioritise work. A friendly and professional communicator who can demonstrate a strong work ethic and who takes responsibility for completion of tasks. A knowledge of current UK Employment law and a basic understanding of HR Policies and processes would also be beneficial.

Reporting into the HR Advisor your responsibilities are varied and include:

Providing administrative support for the recruitment and selection process.

Drafting and posting advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies. Using LinkedIn to identity potential candidates.

Logging and tracking applications, assisting with the shortlisting of candidates, and communicating with applicants throughout.

Maintaining candidate progression records

Preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter documentation

Carrying out pre-employment checks

Coordinating the onboarding process, liaising with relevant teams/departments

Assisting with induction paperwork, presentations and arranging the induction meetings

Preparing letters to respond to resignation and next steps.

Providing references as requested

Acting as the first point of contact for all queries relating the HR Information system
