HR Assistant
A professional services business based in Soho seek an experienced HR Assistant to join them on an initial 3 month fixed term contract.
This role will be working in the office 5 days per week.
Tasks include:
- Manage HR systems , trackers, and templates.
- Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Input payroll data
- Draft contracts and letters
- Admin tasks around benefits, perks, leave, background checks, internal communications, and employee initiatives
- Manage the inbox, dealing with queries, and providing guidance on policies
- Manage absence levels
- Admin around study support, visa sponsorship, season ticket loans, purchase of holidays and work experience
- Prepare HR reports for management
- Assist with recruitment campaigns
