Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of employee records, ensuring that all personnel files are up to date and in compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Support the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Help manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

  • Assist with training and development administration, including organising sessions and tracking employee progress.

  • Provide HR support across a variety of HR functions, including employee benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Provide general HR administration, including drafting letters and responding to employee queries.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an HR role, ideally within a professional services environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • A solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.

  • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A willingness to learn and develop within the HR profession.
