HR Assistant - Well-Established Surveyors - London

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration of employee records, ensuring that all personnel files are up to date and in compliance with legal and company standards.

Support the recruitment process, including preparing job adverts, reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Help manage the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Assist with training and development administration, including organising sessions and tracking employee progress.

Provide HR support across a variety of HR functions, including employee benefits, performance management, and employee relations.

Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide general HR administration, including drafting letters and responding to employee queries.
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in an HR role, ideally within a professional services environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.

Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A willingness to learn and develop within the HR profession.
