Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from HRIS, surveys, evaluations, and other sources
- Identify trends and deliver actionable insights that shape HR strategy
- Build and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and regular reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop custom analytics
- Monitor data integrity and quality, resolving issues proactively
- Contribute to system improvements, automation efforts, and compliance reporting
Experience required:
- Proven experience with HR data analysis and HR processes
- SAP SuccessFactors is essential for this role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Strong data interpretation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team
