Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends and deliver actionable insights that shape HR strategy
  • Build and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and regular reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to develop custom analytics
  • Monitor data integrity and quality, resolving issues proactively
  • Contribute to system improvements, automation efforts, and compliance reporting

Experience required:

  • Proven experience with HR data analysis and HR processes
  • SAP SuccessFactors is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Strong data interpretation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team
