Wise May are looking for a HR Operations / HRIS Assistant to join this forward thinking Insurance business in the heart of the City. A real opportunity to assist this growing HR team.
Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team.
HR Operations duties will include:

Collaborate with the team and Stakeholders to determine HRIS needs

Lead implementing a new HRIS

Training on using the HRIS
-
Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes

Reports and audits
-
Manage data compliance
-
Audit HR processes and documents
-
Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls
-
Support the team on projects as required throughout the year
HR Operations skills required:
