Wise May are looking for a HR Operations / HRIS Assistant to join this forward thinking Insurance business in the heart of the City. A real opportunity to assist this growing HR team.

Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team.

HR Operations duties will include:

  • Collaborate with the team and Stakeholders to determine HRIS needs

  • Lead implementing a new HRIS

  • Training on using the HRIS

  • Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes

  • Reports and audits

  • Manage data compliance

  • Audit HR processes and documents

  • Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls

  • Support the team on projects as required throughout the year

HR Operations skills required:

  • Administration and organisation

  • Able to operate at all times to the standards and rules of the regulatory bodies

  • Data experience

  • Confidentiality

  • Working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits

  • Able to develop and maintain good relationships with all in the workplace

  • Able to work as part of a team
