 Location: Kings Cross Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00, 1-hour lunch) Starting Salary: £28,808 Annual Leave: 23 days (rising to 28 after 5 years) Remote Work: Flexible home working is not available Travel: Occasional visits to other sites

About the Role

A leading pathology company in the UK is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Endpoint Technician to support its endpoint infrastructure. This is a hands-on, physically active role based on-site, ideal for someone with a passion for hardware and a drive to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line desktop support for endpoint infrastructure
  • Manage and escalate IT helpdesk tickets
  • Deploy and configure PCs, laptops, thin clients, mobile phones, and printers
  • Perform hardware upgrades and repairs
  • Set up Windows user accounts and email mailboxes
  • Participate in system patching and endpoint security
  • Maintain documentation and respond to emergency support requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external engineers
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies
