Process & Assess - Evaluate new bridging loan applications and conduct credit analysis.
Credit Proposals - Prepare detailed submissions for Credit Committee approval.
Loan Documentation - Draft offer letters and ensure compliance during drawdown.
Underwriting - Review and approve loans based on set criteria.
Broker & Client Management - Handle case-related queries and manage expectations.
Stakeholder Coordination - Work with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Sales) and external partners (surveyors, solicitors, clients) for seamless loan execution.
Industry Experience Required - Must have proven background in bridging and/or development finance.

Key Requirements:

Essential: Minimum 3 years' experience in bridging and/or development finance related lending.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess deals based on market, asset type, and security.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
