JUNIOR CONSULTANT  This is not your typical consultancy role! As a Junior Consultant within our client's dedicated team, you’ll be a diversity and inclusion ambassador. Your role will involve building and maintaining client relationships, supporting sales pitches, delivering diversity and inclusion strategy programmes, and using data and research to analyse and diagnose organisational challenges. You’ll also produce impactful, client-facing reports, making a real difference. Ready to drive change?   JUNIOR CONSULTANT ROLE:
  • Supporting the lead consultant with the delivery of work across the consultancy proposition: cultural audits, core consultancy and advisory services
  • Supporting the lead consultant on the engagement and delivery across the whole end-to-end process, from documentary review through to final report creation
  • Continually building knowledge across diversity and inclusion topics and capability areas
  • Contributing to building a positive internal culture
  • Prioritising workload, taking ownership of projects, and managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Project managing complex audits and projects as a reliable first point of contact for assigned clients
  • Being flexible and adaptable according to the changing needs and priorities of the organisation
   JUNIOR CONSULTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Holding a degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in DE&I would be beneficial
