After the success of Nela Amsterdam, were bringing our live-fire concept to London.
Were now building our pastry team and looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chef to join us from the start.
Nela means pure.
We focus on open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and clean, elegant plates.
Our open pastry kitchen will be a key part of the experience combining skill, curiosity, and care.
Your Role
As part of the pastry team, youll run your section with pride and consistency.
Youll work closely with senior chefs, train junior team members, and help deliver a smooth, high-energy service.
What You Will Do
Deliver consistency and quality on your pastry section
Support the team during busy services
Maintain high food and hygiene standards
Contribute to prep, mise en place, and service
Take part in tastings and training
Help build a positive kitchen culture
What You Bring
Experience as a Pastry CDP or Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen
Passion for seasonal produce and clean flavours
Strong pastry prep and service skills
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute
Calm, organised, and team-focused
Full UK work rights
Experience with open kitchens or fire cooking is a bonus
