We are delighted to be recruiting a 6-9 month maternity cover Receptionist for a high end finance establishment in the heart of the City.
Ideally you will have a keen interest in a career within the Financial Services industry and have a professional and friendly demeanour accompanied by some relevant experience in a similar corporate environment.
As the Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will manage the front desk, handle enquiries and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Perform general administrative tasks, including mail handling and data entry.
路 Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
路 Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
路 Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments
Skills:
路 Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
路 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
路 Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
