About the position of Junior SAP Systems Officer:

As a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Systems Officer, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' new Learning & Development setup to life. You'll be hands-on in configuring the back end of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Learning module, while building and refining pillars, triggers, workflows and templates that enhance the way colleagues learn. You'll also create clear, user-friendly guidance to help teams navigate the system with confidence, ensuring the platform is not only functional but easy for everyone to use.

Responsibilities for the position of Junior SAP Systems Officer:

  • Lead on configuring the back end of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Learning & Development module
  • Build and set up pillars, triggers, workflows and templates
  • Document new configurations, processes and workflows clearly and accurately for future reference
  • Work with HR and L&D teams to understand requirements and translate them into an effective system build
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure data within the system remains accurate and reliable

Experience required for the position of Junior SAP Systems Officer:

  • Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Learning module
  • Ability to build and maintain workflows, triggers, templates and automated processes
  • Experience translating HR or L&D requirements into effective system configuration
  • The ability to create clear process guides and instructions
  • Confident in troubleshooting and resolving system configuration issues
  • Good understanding of HR or L&D processes and how they map into system workflows
  • Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Awareness of data protection and audit requirements when handling HR system data
