Smyth & Co is proud to be working with one of Marylebones most exciting culinary destinations a vibrant, chef-led restaurant that has earned a Michelin star within its first year of opening. We are now looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join this exceptional team and contribute to its continued success.

Position: Junior Sous Chef
Salary: £44,00045,000
Location: Marylebone, London
Schedule: 7 shifts across 4 days (3 doubles, 1 single) 3 days off
Operating Hours: 8 am 11 pm (restaurant closes between lunch and dinner)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef with daily operations and service execution

  • Help lead and train junior kitchen staff

  • Play a key role in designing and executing seasonal, rotating menus

  • Uphold exceptional hygiene and food safety standards

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen while delivering on consistency and quality

  • Engage with guests as part of the unique open kitchen experience
