About the Role

As Junior Sous Chef at Enfields & Lombards, youll help shape the future of two of Canary Wharfs most exciting food destinations. Youll balance hands-on cooking with leadership, guiding a motivated team and bringing fresh ideas to our menus and concepts.

What Youll Do
  • Lead daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards across all sections.
  • Create, innovate, and contribute to new menus and food concepts.
  • Mentor and inspire chefs, helping the team grow and succeed.
  • Manage ordering, stock control, and cost efficiency.
  • Uphold strict Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
  • Deliver a positive, professional experience for clients and guests.
What Were Looking For
  • Minimum 6 months experience at Junior Sous Chef level (or higher).
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality food consistently.
  • Strong kitchen knowledge across all sections, with great attention to detail.
  • Organised, positive, and able to motivate a team.
  • Collaborative approach thrives in a OneISS Team environment.
Qualifications (training can be provided where needed)
  • Level 3 Food Safety Award (desirable).
  • City & Guilds 706/1 Catering / NVQ Level 1.
  • Level 3 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award.
