Junior Sous Chef Wild by Tart, Belgravia

Wild by Tart is an independent neighbourhood in the Michelin guide 2025. As the eventssouschef, you will work alongside the Head Chef to run all aspects of the events kitchen, from recruiting training, leading, and developing the kitchen team, to managing and understanding food costs, stock control, labour, and supplier management.The role requires creativity, leadership, ambition, and a commitment to delivering events to Wild by Tarts standards whilemaintainingthe companys sustainability ethos.

  • Experience in a busy kitchen with a focus on sourcing and seasonality

  • An Junior Sous Chefwho can confidently run a service and closely follow our servicestandards- in flavour, consistency & style

  • Ability to leadas part of a teamwith a focus on being organised and able to grow your colleagues

  • The Junior sous chef will need to be organised, calm under pressure and passionate about food

  • A willingness to help with the events kitchen when required

  • A team player who enjoys learning and collaborating

Keyresponsibilities

  • To organise, prepare and deliver eventsin accordance withWild by Tarts ethos

  • Maintaining quality and consistency through training, testing, and recipe specification

  • Managing food stock, ordering, wastage, stocktakes and food cost of sale

  • Managing Health & Safety practices
