The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Including144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are now looking for an experienced and creative Junior Sous Chef - Breakfast to join our Serra team, the property's all-day dining concept. Inspired by seasonal produce and vibrant flavours, Serra will be a space where mornings start with energy and elegance, and where your craft will set the tone for our guests' day.

Your Role

  • Lead the breakfast service, ensuring consistency, flavour, and presentation across all dishes.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing menus that reflect Serra's seasonal, ingredient-led philosophy.
  • Supervise and inspire the breakfast team, guiding junior chefs with care and precision.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, kitchen organisation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless transition from breakfast to all-day dining service.

About You
  • Previous experience in a breakfast-focused role within a luxury or high-volume kitchen.
  • A passion for seasonality, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills with a genuine desire to develop others.
  • Excellent organisation and ability to perform under pressure with calm precision.
  • A collaborative spirit and an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, pre-opening environment.
