About the role:
- Great opportunity for a talented and ambitious junior sous chef to join this outstanding and prestigious and exclusive private club.
- As a junior sous chef you will report directly into the sous and head chef with an overall team of 14 chefs.
- The junior sous chef should be a strong and independent Chef who will be running the restaurant and be creative with menu input.
- The junior sous chef should be engaging, personable and able to build relationships.
- An advantage of having some experience fine dining would be welcome.
- The junior sous chef should pride on presentations and flavors as well as offering fresh local sourced ingredients and be creative & engaging.
- The successful junior sous chef will need to have an excellent customer-facing approach and a proactive approach to client relationships.
