Based in Knightsbridge this is a fine dining 80 seats restaurant serving Japanese cuisine in a contemporary setting, and now looking for a Junior Sous Chef
The Junior Sous Chef should have more than 3 years experience as either Senior Chef de Partie or as a Junior Sous Chef and preferably with some experience in managing junior staff.
We would prefer and consider a Junior Sous Chef who wants to learn and does not have Japanese cuisine experience but modern European restaurants.
The salary range will be between £44K-47K per year and depending on the experience and skill sets.
TheJunior Sous Chef working hours will be 48 per week, the role is for an immediate start and looking for someone that wants to learn Japanese cuisine with a modern approach
The kitchen uses only the finest ingredients, and the team includes talented and professional chefs.
