The Primary School is an engaging, welcoming setting that focuses on building strong foundations in learning while fostering creativity, confidence, and curiosity. The school maintains a caring and inclusive culture, where every pupil is supported to reach their full potential both academically and personally and is looking for a KS1 teacher to come and follow the same passion about children a teaching.

The school is seeking a committed KS1 Teacher to join the school team from September. The role is ideally suited to a creative, reflective practitioner who values high standards, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to the all-round development of young learners.

As a KS1 Teacher, you will be required to:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum and school ethos
  • Tailor learning to meet the needs of all pupils and ensure progress across the ability range
  • Maintain excellent standards of behaviour, wellbeing, and academic development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and events

The ideal candidate for this KS1 Teacher role will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in KS1, preferably within an independent or high-achieving setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and curriculum planning in Key Stage 1
  • A nurturing approach, with a passion for supporting each child's personal and academic growth
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
