You will assess, monitor, and track pupilsā academic progress and personal growth, ensuring that teaching is differentiated to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.The role involves supporting pupilsā social, emotional, and behavioural development, while working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
