We are hiring for a leading construction company specializing in high-end residential projects across Central London. We are seeking dedicated and reliable Labourers and Skilled Labourers to join our dynamic team, working on some of the most exclusive properties in the city.

The Role

As a Labourer or Skilled Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our prime residential projects. You will work closely with our skilled tradespeople, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with general labouring duties, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.

  • Supporting skilled trades (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with tasks as required.

  • Operating basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with health and safety regulations.

  • Following instructions from site supervisors and adhering to project plans.

  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship to meet the expectations of luxury residential clients.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience as a labourer in construction, preferably on high-end residential or commercial projects. Skilled Labourers should have demonstrable skills in a specific trade.

  • Qualifications: Valid CSCS card or cert (essential). Additional certifications (e.g., NVQ in a trade, First Aid, or Manual Handling) are advantageous.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.

    • Good physical fitness and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.

    • Knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.

    • For Skilled Labourers: Proficiency in a specific trade with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

  • Location: Must be able to commute to Central London daily. Projects are typically accessible via public transport.
