What you'll do:

As a Lead M365 Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our client's technology department. Your primary responsibility will be running the M365 Operations team, providing expert-level operational support for the company's Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tool set and Infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge by exploring existing technologies while also advising on new ones. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining infrastructure support for internal and external Microsoft M365 solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with reviewing and managing daily/weekly Microsoft update bulletins for the M365 service, maintaining record retention policies across all M365 applications, and driving change by recommending improvements across the estate.

* Running the M365 Operations team and reporting to the Head of Digital Workspace.* Providing 2nd and 3rd line operational support for the company's Microsoft 365 Collaboration Tool set and Infrastructure.* Taking ownership of problems through to resolution over a wide variety of systems and technologies.* Expanding the current use of existing technologies and advising on new ones.* Maintaining SME level infrastructure support for internal and external Microsoft M365 solutions.* Reviewing and managing daily/weekly Microsoft update bulletins for the M365 service.* Maintaining record retentions policies across all M365 applications.* Driving change and recommending improvements across the estate.
