?? What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the development lifecycle in a scrum team across solution design, build, deployment, and support.
  • Ensuring best practices are followed using tools like Copado, GitHub, Codescan.io, Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and more.
  • Managing and monitoring code quality, performing code reviews, and validating test coverage.
  • Maintaining a Kanban board and contributing to Agile ceremonies, including estimation sessions and retrospectives.
  • Leading deployment readiness, including rehearsals, implementation planning, and governance alignment.
  • Designing and running Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Tracking contact center performance metrics and ensuring platform uptime.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with testers and cross-functional team members.

  • Salesforce expertise - Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Classic & Lightning Web Components (LWC/Aura).
  • DevOps savvy - Proven experience with deployment pipelines, automation, and tooling.
  • Architecture know-how - Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable design principles.
  • Amazon Connect experience - Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) integration knowledge.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills - able to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A team-oriented mindset - collaborative, supportive, and passionate about sharing knowledge.
