Our client, a highly regarded West End law firm renowned for its expertise within the entertainment industry, is seeking a Legal PA to support five fee earners within their busy Music team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join a leading law firm representing high-profile clients in the music and entertainment sectors. The successful Legal PA will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of five fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Duties to include:
- Providing diary management for internal and external meetings, and coordinating directly with clients
- Amending and formatting legal documents, applying track changes, creating compares, and typing attendance notes
- Handling a range of administrative tasks such as raising invoices, opening and closing files, inputting timesheets, sending DocuSigns, and maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Using the firm's document management system to compile and locate documents and correspondence
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
This Legal PA opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm (entertainment or media experience advantageous)
- CILEX qualification (desirable)
- Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
