One of the largest global Law firms, based in the City, seek an experienced Legal PA to join their Technology, Media and IP and Competition department. This is a Partner level role, only requiring you in the office 2-3 days per week!

The role is a 12 month FTC initially, and the salary offered is up to £49,750 plus benefits.

This firm truly value their client relationships and have a fantastic reputation. The Legal PA plays a pivotal part in this and represents the Lawyers and firm, therefore they are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent and professional PA who has a number of years experience within a top Law firm.

Some of the key responsibilities of the Legal PA are:

  • Diary management, email management and coordination of meetings
  • Booking client lunches
  • Assisting with BD activities
  • Time recording and billing
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Organisation of local and global travel with all documents
  • Proof reading and quality checks on all work produced
  • Building relationships with clients, anticipating their needs
  • Organising document management, including opening files and archiving
  • Typing/dictation
