The Firm
Our client is a top-tier US law firm with a distinguished disputes practice and a strong presence in the London market. The firm is currently seeking a Legal PA to support their Dispute Resolution team in their London office.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal PA will provide high-quality legal secretarial and administrative support to the firm's London Disputes team. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Duties to include:
- Full diary and inbox management for London Attorneys and Partners
- Organising complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, trains, and producing detailed itineraries
- Preparing, amending, and formatting lengthy legal documents and PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting with billing, expenses, and engagement letters
- Opening and closing client matters and maintaining accurate file records
- Managing KYC documentation and client onboarding
- Producing client bundles and document bibles
- Supporting team training and record-keeping requirements
- Liaising professionally with clients and colleagues across all levels of the firm
This Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -6:00pm.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA within a law firm (essential)
- Previous experience supporting Litigation/Arbitration or Dispute Resolution teams (essential)
