What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Providing progression support to the busy lettings department
• Managing documentation related to new tenancies and renewals
• Assisting with compliance, referencing, and contracts
• Ensuring files are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Handling enquiries both by phone and email in a professional manner

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a Lettings role is essential
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Articulate with a professional telephone manner
• Well-presented and personable
• Self-motivated with a good level of common sense
• Confident IT and literacy skills
