L2/L3 Early Years Educator –Lewisham– Immediate Start

We are seeking Level 3 Early Years Educators to become a part of a growing nursery school in Lewisham ! This is a full-term, permanent role that is set to begin as soon as possible.

The role

As an Early Years Educator, your role will involve nurturing creativity, curiosity, and development in young individuals. You will bring the nursery's curriculum to life, motivating children to dream boldly, think independently, and confidently explore their surroundings. With our cutting-edge resources and training at your disposal, you will have the opportunity to ignite young minds while simultaneously enhancing your own skills throughout the journey!

The ideal Early Years Educator

  • Hold a  Level 3 EYFS qualification
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Serve as a positive role model.
  • Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with young children.

The Nursery

This nursery is a nurturing environment that fosters creativity, implements a curriculum-driven approach, and prepares children for the modern world. They take great pride in transforming this vision into reality and are now seeking to welcome new members to their dedicated team.

  • Full time  position (41 hours a week)
  • 4 ½ days a week (4 x full days  8am-6pm  with a 1 hour break and 1 x ½ day  8am-1pm  or  1pm   6pm )
  • ½ day can vary and you are accommodating for appointments etc 
  • Staff wellbeing focussed  with a Staff Wellbeing Manager, wellbeing meetings quarterly (more if required), wellbeing app available cycle to work scheme
