Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Romford, currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support pupils in their Reception and Nursery classes. This is an ideal role for someone looking to move from nursery or private childcare into a structured, school-based setting.

Ideal Skills & Qualities:

  • CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Ability to support children's personal, social, and emotional development
  • Confident in delivering age-appropriate activities and supporting learning goals
  • Team player who communicates well with colleagues and parents
  • Experience supporting key children and those with SEN

Compliance Requirements:

  • Recognised CACHE Level 3 qualification
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • 2 recent professional references
  • Overseas police check (if applicable)
