About the Role

We are looking for a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly early years team in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development within a nurturing, play-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework.

  • Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of child development.

  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to individual learning journeys.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and secure.

  • Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.

Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).

  • Experience working in an early years or nursery setting.

  • A warm, caring personality with a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and learning.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
