Level 3 Qualified Practitioner – Westminster 

We are partnering with a wonderful nursery school in Westminster to find a new L3 Early Years Practitioner for their team, with the goal of starting term time only. This nursery provides a bright and open-plan environment where children can thrive and grow, along with outstanding opportunities for training and skill development. This position is to start immediately and end date to be confirmed.

The Role As a Level 3 practitioner in this supportive and inclusive atmosphere, you will be responsible for assisting children aged 0 to 5 years. Your duties will include creating a safe and enriching educational environment. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is crucial. Additionally, this position allows you to creatively employ resources to inspire and elevate the children's learning experiences.

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
