Senior Guest Service Assistant - Job Summary

  • Be the host and face of Hyde Park Residence and support the HPR Mission and Vision Supervise Front Office operations in the absence of Front Office Manager
  • Ensure a full working knowledge of the apartments and services available at Hyde Park Residence, keeping the information up to date and relevant
  • Deliver a great first impression with your professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. Create a sense of home and belonging for our residents and guests.
  • Develop positive relationships whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience, resulting in happy residents and guests, positive reviews and return bookings
  • Develop the Front Office teams to deliver an ultimate level of service to our guests and residents
  • Maximise rental and other service revenues by using re-active as well as pro-active Sales opportunities.

Main Duties

We are looking for a strong candidate who has Supervisory experience. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinate the effective delivery of high-quality guest services to all guests and residents of HPR
  • Ensure that the facilities are maintained and presented to a high standard
  • Ensure Front Office duties are provided in line with Hyde Park Residence standards
  • Oversee the Front Office rota and staffing needs
  • Develop colleague training plans with the support of the Front Office Co-Ordinator
  • Co-ordinate the day to day running of the department, liaising with Housekeeping, Finance and Engineering to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently
  • Monitor the teams work performance, timekeeping and general discipline and take actions as required
  • Encourage and act upon guest comments and complaints through to resolution with the support of the Front Office Manager
  • Ensure a full working knowledge of the apartments and services available at Hyde Park Residence, keeping the information up to date and relevant
  • Ensure that all procedures are followed and update when necessary with the support of the Front Office Manager
