We are seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor for a successful construction group in London with opportunities nationwide.
The role requires a good level of experience and a proven track record on projects involving direct labour and material requirements.
Candidates should be highly organised, motivated, and possess strong IT and negotiating skills, with knowledge of COINS ERP software being advantageous.

We are delighted to be recruiting a M&E Quantity Surveyor role, for a very successful construction group. The opportunity has arisen, due to the continued growth of the business and the constant increase in high profile client accounts.

The M&E QS will have a good level of experience and will have an excellent track record of proven success. Their experience will be on projects that involve direct labour and material requirements, rather than sub-contract packages. He or She will be highly organised and motivated and will have good IT skills and negotiating ability. Knowledge of COINS ERP software would be an advantage.
