A unique opportunity has arisen for a Mandarin speaking Marketing & Events Executive to join a fast-growing, boutique investment-led Multi-Family Office based in the heart of Mayfair, London. With a strategic focus on the Far Eastern region, the firm provides bespoke and independent financial advice across wealth structuring, fund management, and corporate finance to both UK-based and international clients.
The Role:
As the firm enters a significant scale-up phase, you will take full ownership of the marketing function, playing a vital part in shaping the brand's reputation, managing key relationships, and supporting ongoing business development initiatives across global markets. This is an ideal position for an experienced and driven marketing professional looking for a high-impact role in a discreet and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and drive business development
- Manage both UK and Asia-focused marketing initiatives, including campaigns targeting the Greater China region
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including website updates, SEO optimisation, and social media engagement
- Regularly refresh and update offline marketing materials such as brochures and investor packs
- Organise and deliver high-end client and business events across key markets
- Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with key business introducers (B2B) in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, and beyond
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar marketing and events role, ideally within professional or financial services
- Capable of operating autonomously and being the main point of contact for all marketing-related matters
- Native Chinese speaker preferred; excellent written and spoken English essential
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and partners
- Analytical and proactive, with a curious mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- High levels of discretion, reliability, and resilience, with a strong work ethic and tenacity
