Mid-Mall Kiosk Promotion Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and approachable individuals to join our promotional team at our mid-mall kiosk.

You will be the face of the World project, engaging with the public, explaining the benefits of the World App, and assisting customers through the verification process using the Orb technology.

You must be willing and able to work in one of our locations, in either Victoria, Lewisham, or Croydon.

This is a customer-facing role where confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills are key.

• Welcome and engage with shoppers in a busy mall environment.
• Explain the World App and World project in a clear, simple, and positive way.
• Guide customers through the sign-up and Orb verification process.
• Ensure kiosk area is tidy, professional, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly sign-up targets.
• Collect feedback from users and provide basic troubleshooting support.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.

• Strong communication and people skills – confident speaking to the public.
• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
• Target-driven with the ability to stay motivated.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Experience in promotions, customer service, or retail preferred (not essential).
