Randstad CPE Property Services Team is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team in Finchley, contributing to the maintenance and upkeep of housing properties.

Job description
  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Ordering materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

  • You have proven experience in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • You are proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • You have a full, clean driving licence.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You are reliable and have a strong work ethic.
  • You have experience working in social housing (advantageous).
  • You possess relevant trade qualifications (advantageous).
