Multi-Skilled Engineer – Continental Shifts (Days & Nights)

About the Role
We are recruiting for a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading FM provider at a prestigious commercial site in Canary Wharf. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong mechanical and electrical capabilities, particularly with a solid understanding of chiller systems and critical building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, pumps, boilers, AHUs, fan coil units, and chillers
- Operate and monitor BMS systems to ensure optimal building performance
- Conduct fault finding and repairs across building infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
- Liaise with subcontractors and support site operations
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (dual-skilled preferred)
- Proven experience in commercial building services within FM environments
- Strong working knowledge of chiller systems and HVAC infrastructure
- Experience working on continental shift patterns
- Additional certifications (e.g. F-Gas, 18th Edition, Legionella) are desirable
