Looking for a Multi Trader to join a leading property services company based in Walthamstow
Permanent role offering up to 40,000 + van and fuel card and great benefits
- We are after someone who has previous domestic experience completing day to day Carpentry works, hanging doors, worktops, units, cupboards, skirting etc
- You will be able to carry remedial trades including Tiling, Plastering or Plumbing ideally
- Customer focused approach ensuring a "right first time" fix for tenants
- Able to work to tight deadlines, working solely on certain tasks as well as a team
You will need:
- Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months (company van provided)
- Previous experience as a Multi Trade Carpenter, ideally in a Social Housing environment
- Trade related qualification, NVQ2
- Customer focused and able to follow health and safety guidelines
