A well-established property maintenance company is seeking an experienced multi trader for a mobile role covering high-end residential properties in London.
Candidates should have experience in carpentry, bathroom and kitchen fitting, painting, minor plumbing, plastering, tiling, brick work, and general building duties.
A recognized trade and a UK driver's license are required, along with experience working to deadlines.

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well established property maintenance company who are looking to recruit an experienced multi trader to work on a mobile basis covering high end residential properties across London.

Responsibilities:

Carpentry
Bathroom and kitchen fitting
Painting
Minor plumbing
Plastering
Tiling
Brick work
All general building duties

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role
Recognised trade
UK drivers licence
Experience working to deadlines
