Multi Traders wanted for a brand new contract with a main contractor 

Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Multi Traders for a leading main contractor on their brand new contract with a renown housing association.

There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week!

As a Multi Trader your day to day will look like: 

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Please note: A full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role. 

About the Multi trader role: 

Salary: £43k+ paid weekly through CIS

Location: Clapham, Vauxhall and close areas

An NVQ/City and Guilds is preferred for this role (with proof of completion)
