Multi Trader

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader for maintenance work within a large block of high-end residential properties near Covent Garden.

Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Multi Trader:

Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance in high-end residential properties.
Undertake tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and painting to a high standard of finish
Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE
Maintain clean tools and equipment; report defects to supervisor

About you as the Multi Trader:

Experienced Multi Trader with a range of trade skills
Proven experience working within high-end or luxury residential properties or similar
Recognised trade qualifications (ideal but not essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
