Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

My client is looking for an experienced social housing all round Multi trader to work on their Property Services contracts in North London. Van and fuel card included.

Duties will include:

Carpentry (essential)
Plumbing (essential)
Plastering
Tiling
Painting and decorating

Requirements:

Multi Trade experience
Social housing experience
UK Driving Licence
