I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 12 week 250k Railway Arch refurbishment project in central London. The project is due to start at the end of May 25 and works include refurbishment works to an existing railway arch by a main line train station with some external works to be completed as well.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified and the suitable candidate must have a in date NEBOSH. This is a must
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
