Night Concierge

Location: Prime London residential development

Salary: £28,500 - 30,000

Contract: Full-time, Night shift (4 On 4 Off) 7pm - 7am.

A prestigious residential property management company is seeking a dedicated Night Concierge to join their team at a luxury London development. As the face of the development during night hours, you'll provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

This position offers the perfect blend of customer service and operational responsibility in a premium residential setting. You'll be entrusted with maintaining the development's reputation for excellence while developing valuable skills in property management. Working nights provides a different pace and unique challenges compared to day shifts, with the opportunity to take ownership of important processes while representing a company committed to meticulous standards and resident satisfaction.

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service, acting as an ambassador for the brand
• Respond professionally to resident queries, concerns and complaints
• Manage the opening and closing of amenities, including maintenance of coffee machines and beverage dispensers
• Conduct regular health and safety checks and PPMs, updating systems accordingly
• Maintain external areas through litter picking and cleanliness checks
• Support asset management routines including risk assessments and contract management
• Operate a Bin Tug for waste container management (valid UK driving licence required)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid UK driving licence (category B minimum)
• Meticulous attention to detail and systematic approach to work
• Ability to work independently during night hours
