As the face of the building during evening and overnight hours, you'll ensure residents feel safe, supported, and at home. From handling front-of-house duties to maintaining building standards and security protocols, you'll be a key part of the smooth running of the development.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet residents and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
Act as the go-to contact for any resident needs or issues during your shift.
Monitor and maintain building security: verify visitors, check CCTV, and manage access controls.
Conduct routine building checks to ensure communal spaces are safe, clean, and well-presented.
Handle parcels, keys, and deliveries efficiently and accurately.
Log and report any maintenance concerns quickly and through the correct channels.
Support emergency procedures and remain alert to any safety concerns.

Uphold front-of-house standards and ensure the development reflects the quality of its residents.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a night concierge, front-of-house, or similar customer-facing role.
A composed, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Strong awareness of building safety, health and safety policies, and emergency response protocols.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain proactive during quiet and busy periods.
Self-motivated and reliable, with confidence in working independently.
High attention to detail and pride in creating a well-run environment.
