As a Night Service Centre Associate , you will be the heartbeat of the hotel during its quietest hours. From coordinating guest requests to ensuring seamless communication between departments, your attentiveness and composure will help maintain the rhythm of the property through the night. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external calls overnight.
- Coordinate and log guest requests, ensuring efficient follow-up by the relevant departments.
- Monitor emergency systems and communicate effectively with Security and Engineering teams when required.
- Support the Night Management team in ensuring smooth overnight operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in every communication.
About You:
- Previous experience in a service centre, switchboard, or front-of-house environment within a luxury hotel setting.
- A calm and confident communicator, capable of multitasking under pressure.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- A genuine passion for service and creating seamless guest experiences.
- Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
