About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming nursery team in the SE15 area. You will play a key role in supporting childrens early development, working closely with colleagues and parents to provide the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement fun, engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Promote a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
  • Observe, assess, and record each childs development and progress
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met

Requirements:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
