Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

About Us:
A well-established mainstream primary school in Fulham is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their team. As a Nursery Practitioner you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and well-being of the nursery-aged children. You will work closely with experienced early childhood educators to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and consistency in care and education.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and share this information with parents and caregivers.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with nursery-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
